BIMCADCentre provides CAD and BIM education services including:

• Online and in-person courses
• Educational materials and resources
• Career support and mentoring
• Job placement assistance

3. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

• Attend classes and complete assignments on time
• Maintain academic integrity and honesty
• Respect other students and instructors
• Follow all program policies and procedures
• Pay tuition and fees as agreed

4. Payment and Refunds

Tuition must be paid in full before the start of the program. Refunds are available according to our refund policy, which is provided separately and may vary by program.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and intellectual property provided by BIMCADCentre remain the property of BIMCADCentre and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Career Success Program

Our Career Success Program provides comprehensive job placement support, but is not a guaranteed employment contract. We offer:

• Dedicated career coaching and resume building
• Access to our network of 500+ partner companies
• Interview preparation and skill assessment
• Ongoing career support for up to 12 months post-graduation
• Alumni network access for lifetime career assistance

Important: While we maintain a 94% job placement rate, individual success depends on student effort, market conditions, and specific career goals. We do not guarantee specific job titles, salaries, or immediate employment.

7. Limitation of Liability

BIMCADCentre is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
